Reviewed Tasks from Previous Meeting

• All forms were edited and merged into the develop branch.
• A good nomination letter was written by Alexa, edited by Angeline, and commented on by both Alexa and Angeline.
• Mel is redoing the hover-text so that it is more visible with respect to color and position on the page.

The path forward

Angeline brought up the current timeline, which is now pushed back by two weeks, allowing Mel time to incorporate the new letter and make the desired improvements to the webpage. It was decided that after PR #23 is merged into develop, a release branch to main will be made and evaluated by everyone before going live.

Mack brought up the need to get other people involved. Angeline agreed that this was important, but probably easier to do once we have a webpage that people can look at. All concurred.

Angeline brought up the structure of the organization. Alexa said that it sounded like we needed an organization chart. Alexa and Mack provided examples:

• NRL Org Chart
• NASA Org Chart

Tasks for next meeting (8 Feb 2020):

• Angeline - arrange next meeting, write up minutes, provide GitHub support, create an org chart.
• Alexa - Review pull requests when tagged.
• Kate - Review pull requests when tagged.
• Mack - Review pull requests when tagged.
• Mel - Add good nomination letter, update hover-text format in all letters, merge together current working branches into develop.
• John - Review pull requests when tagged.
