- Alexa checked in on the Helio2050 poster. Angeline didn't receive any emails regarding it during/after the conference.
- John submitted the NAM abstract and is waiting for a response.
- Alexa contacted AGU about adding a link for ELSP, but the contact appears confused about the purpose of ELSP. He did not respond to the email addressing his confusion, requiring us to look into an alternative contact.
Mack re-reviewed pull request during meeting, allowing the governing documents to be merged into the Director Resources. Kate's review of the presentation pull request is outstanding.
- Angeline - arrange next meeting, write up minutes, provide GitHub support, revise bad non-binary letter, create training resources, add to Letter article, review PRs when tagged.
- Alexa - Re-contact AGU about adding a link to ELSP, add to Letter article, revise bad non-binary letter, create training resources, review PRs when tagged.
- Kate - Add to Letter article, review PRs when tagged, revise bad non-binary letter, create training resources.
- Mack - Revise bad non-binary letter, create training resources, add to Letter article, and review PRs when tagged.
