Discussed upcoming tasks and recent activities

Angeline put in a pub release in for the training materials and added them to the private repository. She also fixed a website bug.
John completed the bad non-binary letter and sent it out to everyone
Alexa reviewed the training materials for the private repository
Kate made progress on the comments for the good non-binary letter, and asked for input from Angeline before completion
Mack has been tagged to review the website bug, and agreed to put the ELSP training materials on his 6-1.
All agreed it was time to arrange the training session, thinking sometime Monday or Wednesday in August or September would be ideal.
- It was discussed that September might be difficult for academics and August difficult because of AGU activities.
- Most reviewers are early-career or not in academic posts, so September may not be as much of an issue.
- Have volunteers from Finland to Alaska, but most are in the DC area.
- Agreed to hold two sessions at different times, if there was call for it. Otherwise, will distribute the training materials to those unable to make the sessions.
John thinks it will be possible to use the MIST zoom to hold these meetings, making it possible for him to be absent. He will look into this and send out the link for the next meeting.
