- John tackled a new website issue, which Angeline reviewed. John had problems knowing how to add a link to the "ignore" list, so it could be helpful to provide instructions somewhere.
- Kate reviewed the last remaining repository issue, both repositories are now up-to-date.
- John remains in contact with the Athena Swann people at his new institution, though it is not hopeful that ELSP will be adopted in a meaningful way.
- Mack worked with everyone to put together a web form for feedback. It is now ready to send out.
- Angeline sent out the form for new training and worked with Kate and John to settle the two upcoming session dates. Angeline will send out the notification
- Angeline created an annual summary on overleaf: https://www.overleaf.com/project/634d687d7baaf35c794be3e1. John and Kate provided feedback. It is now ready to be sent out. Angeline agreed to create an issue with a list of mailing lists to send the summary out to. The date for the upcoming training sessions should be added.
- The letter paper needs polish, Mack will probably get to it after the winter solstice holidays.

- Alexa - Add to Letter article, send out annual summary.
- Kate - Add to Letter article, send out annual summary.
- Mack - Add to Letter article, send out annual summary.
