[AAASM-3940] ✨ (docs): Add org-level CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md baseline#26
Conversation
|
Claude Code review — AAASM-3940 CI: Red, same org-wide Actions billing-block as every other PR in this stack (see #25's comment for detail) — not caused by this change. Scope vs ticket: Matches AAASM-3940's acceptance criteria — Side effects: None on existing Note (non-blocking): 3946's dogfooding pass later found Frontend: N/A. Recommend: ready to merge, after #25. |
Adds a short section noting AGENTS.md exists as the Codex-facing counterpart to this file, and that .claude/rules/ and .claude/skills/ are reserved org-wide directories to be populated by AAASM-3941/3942.
Gives Codex (which does not read CLAUDE.md) a self-sufficient org-wide entry point covering product summary, repo map, commit/branch/PR conventions, remote-naming gotcha, CI reality, JIRA conventions, and project policy, plus a pointer to the upcoming .claude/rules and .claude/skills directories.
