Combines AAASM-3939 through 3944 (WORKSPACE.md, CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md, rules, skills, bootstrap script, validate script) for the first time in a disposable local worktree, confirms the full org AI onboarding scaffold installs and validates cleanly end-to-end, and documents a read-only survey of three representative org repos (agent-assembly, python-sdk, agent-assembly-docs) against that scaffold.

Changes

• Add docs/onboarding-poc/AAASM-3945-scaffold-integration-findings.md: integration test results (pass, no bugs found) and per-repo survey findings (existing .claude/CLAUDE.md, expected AGENTS.md gap, no override conflicts).

Claude Code review — AAASM-3945

CI: Red, same org-wide Actions billing-block (see #25) — not caused by this change.

Scope vs ticket: Matches AAASM-3945's AC — 3 repos surveyed (≥2 required): agent-assembly, python-sdk, agent-assembly-docs, all confirmed (independently, via git status --porcelain in each repo just now) to have received zero file changes — the survey was genuinely read-only as claimed. All 3 already have .claude/CLAUDE.md; none have AGENTS.md yet (expected, since AGENTS.md is new in this Epic); no override conflicts found (nothing to conflict with yet).

Side effects: None — verified directly, not just from the findings doc's own claim.

Frontend: N/A — read-only repo survey, no code changes to any FE surface.

Recommend: ready to merge, after #30.
