Customer Types

The Customer type describe which properties of a Product are important for this Customer

Broke AF

Does not have any money. Therefore is not interested in High Quality Products and does not buy any Luxury Products

Student with rich Parents

Does have a decent amount of money. Is interested in the sustainabily of Products but the prices doesn't matter that much. Does not buy any Luxury Products.

Labourer

Does have decent amount of money. Is interested in the best ratio sustainability & quality over the price. Does not buy Luxury Products

Employee

Does have decent amount of money. Is interested in the best ratio quality & price over the sustainability. Does buy Luxury Products

Manager

Does have a lot of money. Is interested in the Quality of the product. Does buy Luxury Products.

Product Modifiers

Modifiers describe how likely it is for a particular Group of customers to buy your product.

Make

A Make is driven by it's commercials and presentations. This modifier can only be influenced by campaigns. Some people will never trust a particular make, and some swear that theirs is the best. (Apple/Android)

Price

It's worth what it costs.

Quality

Every Resource ever product has a Quality. Quality can be influenced by

  • the effectiveness of the Factory/Farms/Plants
  • the happiness of the workers in the Factories/Farms/Plants
  • Research Level
  • The combination of Resources and Products with different Quality levels during the manufacturing process
  • Quality Inspections and Level of intensity at any stage of the manufacturing process

Durability

Every Product is going to go bad at some point. The Durability describes how long a product is going to last. Durability can be influenced by

  • Quality
  • Research Level
  • Using additional Substances to increase Durability during the manufacturing process

Sustainability

Describes the ecological impact on nature and their buyers. Sustainability can be influenced by

  • Usage of "bad" resources
  • Propper Garbage disposal
  • Fair wages
  • Well maintained machinery
