Improves the diagnostic messages in
validation/rules/sbgn_er.schto help users better understand validation failures.
Changes made
er10101: Replaced vague "Incorrect source reference for arc
with class assignment" with a descriptive message explaining
what class is not allowed and where to check.
er10102: Replaced vague "Incorrect target reference for arc
with class assignment" with a descriptive message.
er10103: Replaced vague "Incorrect source reference for arc
with class interaction" with a message explaining allowed sources.
er10104: Replaced vague "Incorrect target reference for arc
with class interaction" with a message explaining allowed targets.
er10106: Replaced vague "Incorrect source reference for
influence arc" with a descriptive message.
er10107: Replaced vague "Incorrect target reference for
influence arc" with a descriptive message.
er10109: Replaced vague "Incorrect target reference for arc
with class logic arc" with a message explaining allowed targets.
Why this matters
Clear error messages help users quickly identify and fix problems
in their SBGN diagrams without needing to read the full specification.
