This package is designed to support the python code XMLPro, a module designed to enable the detection of transient X-ray phenomena in X-ray observational data.

Current Status: Creation of training data sets ongoing. Testing of simulated training data for QPE and QPO phenomena and cross-comparison with real testing data sample.

• Identification of phenomena to be identified - Completed

• Cross-testing of feature sets and ML approaches
• Optimisation of selected ML method(s)
• Testing on sample of XMM SSC
