Ensures CI runs against the testkit-2026.05.27 release, picking up any test fixes and new test coverage shipped since testkit-2026.05.11
Be specific here rather than saying 'any new test fixes'. Why do we want to upgrade?
Also it doesn't ensure anything. It changes the version.
