When you power the RPI for the 1st time, it can't connect to your wifi network. After all it does not know what wifi network and the wifi password. After some attempts to connect, it opens its own network, the so called accesspoint. If you watch the display you can see what is happening. Please note that this process can be very slow! if you think nothing is happening, the stand-by led wil go on during the proces. Now you can connect to the AP, browse to 192.168.4.1 and fill-up the RPI the network data. After a reboot it is connected.
Thats all, you have a full operational radio.
You should now expand the filesystem to use your whole sdcard. Go to menu -> system -> expand fs and follow the instructions.
You can compile 2 stationslists. Go to 'menu -> stations -> list 1'
Here you can delete and add stations. A station entry consists of 2 lines, each terminated with a hash (#).
The first line is the name of the station, you can make that up yourself. The second line is the url. E.g.
