chore: Upgrade docs UI dependencies to Lucide 1.16.0 and Motion 12.40.0

Summary

• Upgrades docs direct UI dependencies: lucide-react 1.16.0 and motion 12.40.0.
• Keeps existing imports (lucide-react, motion/react) unchanged; no source migration was required.

Changelog Notes

• Lucide 1.16.0 keeps the same React peer range and adds icon updates.
• Motion 12.40.0 adds transition.path/arc() and includes fixes from 12.37-12.39 around React 19 drag/reorder behavior, AnimatePresence, LazyMotion CJS contexts, useScroll, and sequence repeat handling.
• Until the docs framework PR merges, current Fumadocs 16.6 keeps nested older copies of Lucide/Motion; the Fumadocs upgrade PR moves that dependency range forward.
