Summary

• Upgrades the docs styling build stack to Tailwind CSS 4.3.0, @tailwindcss/postcss 4.3.0, and PostCSS 8.5.15.
• Keeps the existing CSS-first Tailwind 4 setup; no source/config migration was required.

Changelog Notes

• Tailwind 4.3.0 adds new utilities and fixes several compiler/canonicalization issues, including @tailwindcss/postcss import resolution when result.opts.from is absent.
• PostCSS 8.5.15 includes a declaration parsing performance fix.
