chore: Upgrade Ionicons to 13.1.2

Summary

• Upgrade @react-native-vector-icons/ionicons from 12.4.1 to 13.1.2.
• Refresh the example app Podfile.lock for the Ionicons pod.
• Leave react-native-vector-icons at 10.3.0 because that package is already at its latest dist-tag.

Changelog review

• 13.1.1 fixes Expo plugin exports.
• 13.1.2 updates @react-native-vector-icons/common to 13.0.1.
• The app uses the default Ionicons export and IoniconsIconName; npm diff/type-check show no code migration is needed.
