Superseded by #3959. I folded in the Android Gradle Plugin 9.2.1 part and intentionally kept the Gradle wrapper on 9.3.1 because 9.5.1 fails React Native 0.85.3’s included Gradle plugin with a Kotlin 2.3.20 metadata mismatch.
