Removed two articles related to neuroscience and added a new article about a large-field-of-view miniature microscope.
bib_to_wikitext.py now detects entries removed since the base ref and includes them in the manifest under a _deleted key. push_to_wiki.py reads that list and calls the MediaWiki delete API for each page.
