This 74-commit candidate is preserved as diagnostic source/evidence history. It is not the active continuation, a pending mandatory merge, or a qualified appearance solution. Canonical platform preparation continues on main through PR #67; the user is deciding a separate IRIS appearance/RGB producer.

The completed matched V6 evidence run 37933851760 failed both Attempts: baseline be9452ad-f591-4237-a37c-d16b2aba8a44 and candidate a2990052-e2f4-4631-a802-433699baa9c5. The later V6-to-V7 runner declares changes in 37/42/43/45, not Stage42 alone. The later fast replay reported relation PASS_DIAGNOSTIC and exposure FAIL_DIAGNOSTIC; its green workflow had tolerated failure via continue-on-error.

This research path binds raw PNG inputs rather than the qualified Stage24 complete appearance package. Contact/depth/order work does not supply hidden material absent from the source masks. Existing mechanics were reused; no product/generalization claim follows.

Cleanup: the ephemeral hosted research launcher is replaced by an archived notice, sealed-evidence replay is manual and propagates exposure failure while retaining artifacts, and native source verification correctly handles the historical V4 metadata omission with blob/subtree checks intact. Source commits and historical evidence are retained. Future bounded changes should be reviewed onto main and measured through persistent Go-owned Attempts with exact baseline reuse.
