Closes the platform throughput, exact hydration and persistent tool-cache work before presentation/runtime P0 continues in #66.
Host-independent CPU contracts now use public-repository GitHub-hosted Ubuntu with pinned dependencies and dependency-keyed caches. Physical workstation deployment runs only after a main push; historical frozen selection runs manually against its explicit frozen ref.
Persistent tool-cache GC holds an exclusive root lifetime lease, retains per-venv locks through deletion and verifies actual quota/free-space results. Bootstrap and explicitly wrapped cache users hold shared lifetime leases. External scientific CAS eviction remains disabled until executor pin/lease semantics exist.
The Knight inventory pins all 12 current inputs by Drive ID, byte size and SHA-256. The recorded authenticated locator proof verifies 12/12; real run 37802717565 demonstrates Drive hydration followed by offline 12/12 CAS hits. Import establishes byte identity, never scientific qualification.
Validation: latest head
03fb5fa434fb012fa964e5990469264d8f541a2ahas 35 successful checks and one intentionally skipped workstation deployment check. Local focused platform/governance/deployment validation passed 60 tests, including competing-process lease/eviction tests. Current mainline and architecture regression gates passed on clean hosted environments.Sealed scope: platform execution, hydration and tool-cache safety only. Knight teacher-relative FIT1 mechanics remains sealed; absolute G3 and product/generalization authority remain separate. Next: #66 A/B/C presentation closure, then attachment/preset/frame0 inspection, then downstream-only fresh IDLE/RUN/SLASH.
