Depends on #364 (Mechanics baseline). The temporary stacked base exists only while #364 is undergoing broad mainline CI; after #364 squash-merges, this PR must be rebased from the new main SHA and retargeted to

This is the existing control-space Motion IR, not a new synthesis algorithm.Adds an independent mainline negative/continuity court for loop endpoints, nonloop clamping, source/Mechanics hashes, unknown controls, quaternion sign-slerp. Dedicated GitHub CI with PR concurrency governance.
Not included: CAS platform Motion worker, Go product capability registration, ModelRelease/Corpus370, Graphics, learned animation, IK V7 cross-parent research, editor. No automatic retarget or ProductRevision claim.
Do not merge before #364 and all own/broad checks PASS.
