Depends on #363 (typed RigProgram/CanonicalRig.v2/CanonicalSkin.v2). This base is a temporary, pinned dependency branch, not a new canonical research code owner. Retarget to

dd3089957e3126d93db4ad2804e30511cfdca348:mechanics_control_solver_v1.py: original deterministic control transforms, FABRIK/pole IK and reference LBS.canonical_mechanics_ir_v1.py: rest-pose/constraint executable qualification, ancestry and lineage authority.Adds independently authored tests of declared control-only behavior, rig↔skin deform-structure binding, Mechanics rest qualification/roundtrip, and fail-closed unknown control and tampered contract. Independent CI with PR concurrency policy.
Not included: product workers, Motion V2, new #353 solver, implicit attachment inference, model training, source teacher proof, user editor, Graphics/CAA or a new release declaration. The legacy solver is a reference implementation, and #353 opt-in multigoal research must not be duplicated/overwritten during subsequent integration.
The upstream #363 required full checks are tracked separately. This PR is draft until all upstream/main checks and its own tests pass.
