This repo had a number of U+FFFD (replacement character) artifacts in ModMenuCrew/GuiStyles.cs, which can break readability and make diffs noisy. This PR rewrites the affected comments to ASCII (no behavior changes) and adds a root .editorconfig enforcing UTF-8 to prevent future encoding regressions.
