This is all of the Part 3 code for Homework 1 minus correct velocity and pedestrian overlap (which is used to assign correct pedestrian id's). The complete code is in there for Part 3 (there may be a few bugs that we haven't come across yet most of the code was written quickly in 2 days to try to meet planning team deadline), it's just missing a transform from vehicle to start frame to compare pedestrians in the correct frame of reference for correct velocity and pedestrian id calculations.
Vikram is working on incorporating a transform from vehicle frame to start frame so we can finish Part 3 of Homework 1.
