• Fill missing source-hash-keyed translation-library fields: 159 detailed translations and 192 one-line hooks across 40 current entries.
• All 48 current newcomers now have complete localized descriptions and all 240 five-language hooks. Existing 70 tracked projects are unchanged.
• Also supply English for two Turkish descriptions and one Vietnamese description missed by the CJK-only English-gap detector.
• Regenerate all five README and details pages through the existing renderer.

Preservation and review

• Existing translations, hooks, original descriptions and library history are preserved. Only missing fields and normal seen-date metadata are added.
• All star data, ranking inputs, latest stats and historical stats snapshots are byte-identical to the base commit.
• Independent semantic review covered every new text; corrected source truncation, neutral installer labels and persistent-bot wording. No model configuration or validator is changed.

Verification

• Translation audit: 48/48 hits, 100%; zero missing translation or hook fields.
• Explicit English audit of the Turkish/Vietnamese sources: complete.
• python3 tools/newcomer_i18n.py --strict: passed.
• python3 tools/verify.py: all 231 tests and generated-page checks passed.
• python3 tools/verify.py --daily, plan validation and git diff --check: passed.

Completes the requested translation follow-up. Verify CI on the exact head and Pages after publication; no formal review approval is submitted.
