…ugin versioning - Added ROSETTA_MARKETPLACE_REF to .env.quickstart.example to specify the Git tag/branch/SHA for the Rosetta marketplace. - Updated docker-compose.yml to pass ROSETTA_MARKETPLACE_REF as a build argument. - Modified Dockerfile to utilize ROSETTA_MARKETPLACE_REF for pinning the installed plugin version during the build process.
