I dont think there is a system tray icon in linux desktop, but I think this PR also fixes the toolbar issue we were having. LGTM! |

Previously the menu buttons on the tray menu did nothing. This PR fixes that and adds a new "Add Tunnel" button to the menu and adds the app version number to the bottom of the list.
Currently everytime you hit the tray icon the main app window becomes active and focused, this is because Dioxus is forcing this behaviour and we can't override it. I've opened an issue and pr in Dioxus to address this.
