notifications: Add timed mute options (1 hour, Today)

Implement temporary mute functionality for notifications.
This allows users to mute a specific app for 1 hour or until the end of the day directly from the notification action menu.

I have the mobile app changes but I don't want to push them, if its decided that this will not be merge.

Without the mobile app changes the new mute options will not take effect.

Probably more of a product question: how many things should we add to that menu? (should it e.g. actually be a submenu to choose mute options?). On Android there are already a lot more actions in the menu, so we need to be a bit careful about adding more.

love the idea of muting a specific app - submenu sounds good. On android you could even mute a specific topic/conversation too?

On where we are talking about a submenu? on the pebble there is one already called "Mute 'App_name'".
or is it the phone app?

My idea for the phone app for now is just to sync the state of the mute setted on the pebble to the mobile.
Since for iOS we don't have yet a way to edit the weekendMute,etc I did't think for now to add the UI for the two new mutes.
On Android (I don't have) is it possible to edit the weekendMute ?
