What does this do?
It resolves the very low contrast issue of buttons. It also changes the bg color of the delete button. The updates include:
buttonBg, buttonBgActive, buttonBgDisabled, deleteButtonBg, deleteButtonBgActivecolors.Why are we doing this? (with JIRA link)
