Bump version to 2.0, add pyproject_url, remove legacy flag and the dependency on ChangeUtil, and update the documentation.
Remove all of the extra fields except pyproject_url and redirect_from.
Per apple1417's recommendations, switched to a raw.githubusercontent.com URL for pyproject.toml and patched the documentation from Readme.md back into the file.
