Sips.app version 1.0

First release of Sips.app - the batch document converter using macOS 'sips' command-line tool
This app uses ActionUI to build interface with SwiftUI from JSON description
Requires macOS 14.6 or higher (for ActionUI dependency)

The source archive requires hydrating with OMC 5.0+ applet executable and Abracode.framework, then code-signing for local execution with codesign_applet.sh
