Bugfix release of Sips.app - the batch document converter using macOS 'sips' command-line tool

• built with latest OMC and ActionUI
• fixed input format bug not allowing all supported input image formats (e.g. svg)

This app uses ActionUI to build interface with SwiftUI from JSON description
Requires macOS 14.6 or higher (for ActionUI dependency)
The source archive requires hydrating with OMC 5.0+ applet executable and Abracode.framework, then code-signing for local execution with codesign_applet.sh
