This PR fixes two issues making the project impossible to build:
Additionally all O3DE dependencies were moved from the registration in o3de_manifest file into local registration in project.json. Finally, the backup of the project.json was removed.
The PR is marked as a draft, as it requires some further testing; I will get back to it ASAP.
