清理
documentation/3.kernel/thread/thread.md。主要目的就是删除 markdown 文档中函数的参数解释部分，将有关参数的描述合并到源文件的 doxygen 注释中，在 markdown/html 中添加函数链接，让用户统一阅读 doxygen 的解释。本 PR 虽然修改了一些源文件，但只是修改了源文件的 doxygen 注释部分，没有修改实际的源码逻辑。
