Add SetName() calls to quiet hours spin controls, voice choice dropdown, and speech rate slider so screen readers can identify each control. Fixes #21

Adds
SetName()calls to settings dialog controls that were missing accessible names:Screen readers like NVDA will now announce the purpose of each control instead of just the type/value.
