This PR fixes the issue described in Bug Report #573: Hamburger Menu Not Working on Mobile (Production + Development).
The problem was caused by inconsistencies between Bootstrap 4 and Bootstrap 5 attributes, which prevented the navigation toggle from functioning correctly.
I’ve implemented the necessary adjustments to ensure the hamburger menu now works as expected.
