About the PR
Brings back the unused navy sabre from Monolith, porting it now from the original on Goob-Station., and also ports some of the work from Monolith to put a listing in the secvend, incase we want to sell it for silly amounts of contra.
Additionally, recolors the sabre sheath into Colonial Command colors so the fancy sword can have a fancier sheath. [ColComm not responsible for damage to unworthy sheaths.]
Brings back the Navy Sabre we originally had from Monolith.
Brings fixes, but leaves commented out, the code to list the item in the sec vend.
Introduces a new separate ornate sheath for the new colonial officer's sabre, with recolored sprites and a new tag, meaning the sabre can currently only be sheathed in the new belt.
Why / Balance
Sabre and sheath are currently only obtainable through admin spawn.
Sabre can only be stowed in the new sheath due to a new CCSabre tag, to limit grabby hands until some way of obtaining it properly is implemented if at all.
Sabre is slightly improved over captain's sabre, due to intent to give to CC officials.
Technical details
New belt/sheath, with sprites recolored by myself from the captain sabre sheath.
Implements the Navy/Colonial Officer's Sabre into the fill for the new CC sheath.
Adds new "CCSabre" tag to the sabre.
Tweaks contraband tag on some CC equipment to reflect Colonial Command instead of CentCom.
How to test
-Load dev environment.
-Find Colonial Officer's Sabre in spawn menu.
-Find Ornate Sheath in spawn menu, with optional fill containing CC sabre.
-Uncomment out secvend catalogue yml, find new sheath/sabre purchasable.
-Spin with the sheath on belt, and marvel at the new green.
