docs: regroup bringup/devices/drivers package names under humanoid_*#7

humanoid_control_bringup_*->humanoid_bringup_*, humanoid_control_robstride-> humanoid_devices_robstride, humanoid_control_sito->humanoid_devices_sito, humanoid_control_socketcan->humanoid_drivers_socketcan (+ device/driver plugin lookup names). Follow-up within the same PR: the bare `humanoid_control_bringup_*` in intro.md and the package-name labels baked into the committed SVG diagrams were missed by the package-token swap. Regrouped them to humanoid_bringup_*/humanoid_devices_*/ humanoid_drivers_* to match. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
