• add default bribe platform to allocator config multisig-ops#2575 merged
• config urls updated

summary

• implements logic for new bal_bribe_platform/aura_bribe_platform config fields so default bribe market can easily be updated
• implements logic for new auto_include config field so l2 alliance pools get a fee share regardless of tvl
• simplify parts of bribe platform module
• minor fixes to paladin integration, removed gauge status reporting
