This PR correctly addresses the wasm-pack test issue by implementing conditional environment variable setting based on the test execution context. The changes are well-structured:
- CI Workflow: Properly conditionally sets
WASM_BINDGEN_USE_BROWSER=1only for browser testing scenarios, avoiding conflicts with Node.js tests - Test Configuration: Removes hardcoded browser configuration and uses more specific imports, allowing the test runner to be controlled by environment variables
The implementation follows the conventional commit format and addresses the reported issue effectively. The changes are minimal, focused, and maintain backward compatibility while fixing the test execution problem.
You can now have the agent implement changes and create commits directly on your pull request's source branch. Simply comment with /q followed by your request in natural language to ask the agent to make changes.

Code Review
This pull request fixes a build failure for the wasm32-wasi target. The original comment suggests a more robust solution using conditional compilation to avoid unintended side effects on other wasm32 targets, which has been retained as it aligns with general best practices and does not contradict any specific rules.
