This PR updates the documentation to SOTA 2026 standards by standardizing filenames to English, synchronizing English and Spanish content, and ensuring a strict MkDocs build. It also creates a Spanish LEEME.md and simplifies the main README.md.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 12270464089543761134 started by @cesarszv

- Standardized all documentation filenames to English (e.g., `instalacion.md` -> `installation.md`) in both `es` and `en` directories to support `mkdocs-static-i18n` with a consistent navigation structure.
- Updated `mkdocs.yml` navigation to point to the new English filenames while preserving Spanish titles for the default locale.
- Backfilled missing English documentation by mirroring the Spanish structure and translating content where necessary.
- Created `LEEME.md` (Spanish README) and linked it from `README.md`.
- Updated `README.md` to be concise and point to the official documentation site.
- Updated all internal relative links in Markdown files to reflect the filename changes.
- Verified build with `mkdocs build --strict`.
