This PR solves the issue from #17. It seems like the bug was introduced by #16, possibly unintentionally, as the prior code does support the
getheader()andgetheaders()functions. I also updated the README to reflect the change from BudgetApi to PlansApi, as the prior links went to docs files that no longer exist.
