Summary

  • Refresh the source brand PNGs in assets/ (light, white, dev variants).
  • Regenerate every derived favicon (apps/app/public) and the desktop icon.png / icon.icns from the new sources, cropping to the mark's bounding box with a small margin so the "bb" reads at 16/32px instead of getting lost inside the source canvas padding.
  • Swap the README header logo to the new dark/light artwork.

Test plan

  • Open the web app and confirm the favicon renders correctly in light, dark, and dev modes.
  • Open the packaged desktop app and confirm the Dock / Finder icon looks right.
  • Render the README on GitHub in both light and dark themes and confirm the header logo swaps.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Update the source brand PNGs and regenerate every derived favicon and
app icon from them. The favicons crop to the mark's bounding box with
a small margin so the "bb" reads at 16/32px instead of getting lost in
the source canvas padding. Also swap the README header logo to the
new dark/light artwork.
