There was a bug in ui/ui_functions.py due to which the problem data for all contests was not being retrieved. Specifically, the assumption that contest ids are in increasin order as per the date on which the contest is conducted is incorrect. For example - contest id 940 took place before contest id 936, 937.
I have fixed this bug and have updated problem_data.csv and problem_ratings.csv to the latest version as on 27th Feb 2018, 12:16 PM GMT. This will save user bandwidth since the original file was outdated.
