- 🏛️ Platform architecture — set multi-year direction across IAM, Cryptography, Audit Log & Provisioning (~30 services, ~50 engineers); led a 250+ microservice migration to cloud-native infrastructure.
- 🔐 Identity & security — designed a decentralized authorization engine on OAuth 2.0 RAR (RFC 9396) with Seamless Login SSO; ran multi-region PKI across 5 regions (US/EU/JP/CA/GovCloud).
- 🗄️ Data at scale — re-architected a 4 TB+ audit store to an immutable partitioned schema (p95 −40%); ran zero-downtime PostgreSQL fleet upgrades holding ~2.5K token mints/sec through cutover.
- ⚙️ Release engineering & developer experience — moved release pipelines Jenkins → Spinnaker → Kubernetes (deploy time halved); shipped self-service tooling that cut production changes from a week to under 15 minutes.
- 🚀 0→1 product — founded MuleSoft's provisioning product and team from scratch (MuleSoft Culture Builder Owners Award).
- 🏦 Fintech foundations — at Argentina's 2nd-largest bank: redesigned the online-banking experience, built sub-20-minute remote check deposit, a DSL-driven authorization framework, and a REST client on the AS/400 mainframe so COBOL could call modern APIs.
- 🛟 Reliability — incident commander on customer-wide P0s; drove the root-cause work that removed recurring incident classes.
