Eyenurse will pop up a full screen and top most window on each monitor every 45 minutes to let you have a break. You can choose between Delay/Skip/Quit if the window is shown.

use gnome auto to start eyenurse on ubuntu
For windows user, just put eyenurse into window startup directory. Enter WinKey + R
and in the pop up window type shell::startup, this will open the startup directory.
