docs: refresh ecosystem section + live-demo/part-of blurbs#59

Add a Live-demo badge and the '▶ Live demo' + 'Part of the Wickra ecosystem' blockquotes near the top, and refresh the bottom Ecosystem section to list all eight products as shipped (wickra-copilot and wickra-shazam are now live).
