Adds a new `ARCHITECTURE.md` file to the project. This document outlines the project's testing strategy, with a focus on the challenges and solutions related to the dual-environment (browser and local) nature of the project. It also covers the CI/CD setup and key learnings from the process of resolving the event loop conflict.
