Port WebBrain's Compass VLD v6 2B runtime (compass-vld-v6-runtime.js) and its decision path (runCompassVldDecision, probe variant) to Go on ONNX Runtime's CPU provider: the LFM3-VL image processor (smart resize to multiples of 32, Pillow-exact bicubic, 16x16 patch order), the FP16 vision encoder, the Q8 decoder with per-layer conv states and KV caches kept as ORT values between passes, sliced prefill, per-option verify continuations and the Yes-minus-No probe, answering in d1's shape. Compass is the default for new installs; an installed d1 keeps answering until Compass is installed, and the panel switches between them and deletes the other model's files. /decide keeps its request and response format; /companion/v1/info reports the active model and the installed ones. Checked against the extension's JavaScript on the same graphs (scripts/models/compass-vld/): identical prompts, tokens, layouts, pixel values, image features, logits and decision_hidden on text and PNG cases; 2173/2173 identical tokenizations. Also fix the shared tokenizer's regexp2 MatchTimeout of 0, an immediate deadline that made matches fail at random and mis-tokenized d1 input too.
