…open

WhatsApp draws a name's emoji as an <img> inside the name. The contact
drawer check required a name node with no child elements, so it never
captured the drawer of such a contact and refused the drawer's Close
button, the step the guard itself names. Attach, Send and every other
message action in that chat stayed blocked. A name may now hold WhatsApp's
emoji images (whose text is emoji only); any other element still fails.

With no chat open, a chat-list row click fell through to the generic
check and waited on a model reading of its caption. With the reading
model unavailable every row stayed blocked. The row exemption now also
applies when no chat is open; the opened chat still gets its contact
check, and the row's menu stays guarded.
