Welcome to the readme for the Infographic Parallax project.

The goal of this project is to take an existing infograpahic and make it work with parallax. The js plugin you are supposed to use is included. Make it work on as many browsers as possible with fallbacks when necessary. Make something that is engaging, that will keep people interested.
