Distribution with Linux executables

From this release the Linux executables will be paired with Windows wheels, so that the package can be easily shared across different operating systems.

In this release we have standardised a bit more the project structure, and some files that do not need to clutter the root where moved to a more adapted location. Currently developments focus on getting the toolbox production ready more than developing new functionalities.
